Our big monthly freestyles now mostly on FRIDAYS are held at The Rover Club, Roman Way, Horspath Rd, Cowley, Oxford, which boasts the county's largest and most impressive EMPEROR Ballroom, with huge smooth wooden floor, and spacious comfy socialising area. Plus we benefit from drinks @ Club prices!
The UK's leading jive DJ: Jon Brett, is our resident DJ.
The EMPRESS ballroom where we hold occasional events, is like its little sister - similar great floor, but more intimate!

NB NEW VENUE @ The Oxford Academy, (Beecroft Theatre), Sandy Lane West, Littlemore, Oxford OX4 6JZ is aimed @ the more experienced, expressive dancer wanting to experiment and push the boundaries of their dancing. Specially invited leading teachers/dancers are there for you to dance with and sometimes for bookable private lessons. Resident DJ Morris Revdrop plus support invited DJs, play mixed tempo alternative tracks, but mostly cool, smooth music to interpret and have fun with!
No thump-thump here!
