6 week Beginners Jive Courses
Begin this w/c 9 Jan and 16 Jan at Woodstock, banbury, and Littlmore and on Wed 25 Jan @ Witney.
Good opportunity for beginner dancers to start and pick up the majority of the 18 Beginners Moves.
SPECIAL DEAL: £30 for the 6 weeks, gives entry to the Beginners classes and Beginners Review, but not to the Intermediate or Advanced classes.
General Info on our weekly classes
Our dance lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays run to more or less the same format.

There are loyalty cards to save you money.
Beginners can buy a one-off 6 week card for £30, which is valid only for the 6 weeks starting from the first night it is used, and gives entry to the Beginners and Beginners Review class, but not the Intermediate or Advanced classes.
However, you can buy a regular 6 week card at any Jive+ venue for only £45 which can be used at any time.
At each of our weekly venues we start with a Beginners class 8.00 - 8.35/40 pm.
This is followed by a short period of 10-15 min when you can practise what you've learned - we call it freestyle.
9.00 - 9.45 pm During the second class Beginners will go into a separate room or area for the Beginners Review where you will go over what has been taught in the first class in a more informal setting, and where you can ask questions. There is often the opportunity to learn other Beginners Moves as well.
At the same time the Intermediate dancers will have their class in the Main room.
Once a month we offer Jive Cocktails for our more Advanced dancers, where you can learn how to combine elements of other dance styles into your jive.

Woodstock: Advanced Jive with Nigel
Banbury: Jive with a twist of Smooth Jive with Lazy Dave - 3rd Tues
Witney: Jive with a twist of Dips 'n' Drops with Nick Bale and Sally - last Wed
