Exit A40 at the A415 signposted for Witney Town Centre,
(from Oxford & the east, this is the exit after the one for Witney East).
At roundabout take third exit signed to Town Centre.
At traffic lights, turn left onto Thorney Leys.
Take the second on the right (you'll see the sign for Burwell Hall on the lamp post).
Take the second turn on the right.

A40 From Cheltenham (i.e. eastbound):
Exit A40 at the A415, following signs for Witney Town Centre.
Turn left onto Ducklington Lane.
Immediately turn left again at traffic lights, into Thornley Leys.
